   The Chandrathan Clan found week 2 of the NFL season to be a humbling one, especially Mommy.  Our power went out at about 2:00p.m. on Sunday and was just restored at 8:00p.m. Tuesday night, so we did not get to see the content of the games but many of us were left feeling as though we didn't take away the proper lessons to be learned from week 1.   The Amazing Blogging Baby went 7-8 putting her at 17-14 on the year.  Daddy went 6-9 putting him at 17-14.  Mommy is bringing up the rear at 5-10 and 16-15 on the year.  At least we have all managed to stay above.500 on the year to date, but we may have a canceled Texan game to thank for that.  I hope that we have a better feel for teams next week.  I'm extremely pround of my little prodigy for her comeback (as she predicted) this week.

   It was a very interesting first week of professional football.  Despite both of the  Chandrathan clan's favorite teams (the Colts and  Bengals) losing, it was a very entertaining extended football weekend.  There are many teams who look to be possible contenders, including the Bears, Falcons, and of course, with Tom Brady's injury, the entire AFC East.   Here is how we did this first week.

Jonathan and Chandra are tied at 11-5 with The Amazing Blogging Baby at 10-6.  We are all looking forward to seeing what next week brings, though hopefully it will be wins for our teams!  Oh, Raiders suck.

  There are the picks for week one.  There was very little science involved.  Jonathan and I went on gut, and I got Cameron to choose between toys to make her picks.  I will post the results after the weekend is over and we'll see who proves to be the most savy for week 1.
